The G.A.R. Hall is located at 416 Hamilton Blvd. in Downtown Peoria, Illinois.It is on the corner of Hamilton and Madison across the street from the Holiday Inn City Center.

From the east, cross the I-74 bridge and get off at the first exit, Adams/Jefferson.
Turn left on Jefferson and then right on Hamilton.
The G.A.R. Hall is on the right.
There is a Civil War Cannon and a pile of cannon balls out front.

From the West, take the Washington Street exit, the last exit before crossing the river on I-74.
Turn right at the end of the ramp and you are on Washington.
Go about one block and turn right on Hamilton.
Come up the hill and watch for The GAR Hall on the right.

There is ample street parking and within the same block as The GAR Hall there are more than 50 parking spots owned by local businesses that we have permission to use evenings and weekends.
